This is a Breakout Board for GPIO Pins of your Raspberry Pi Board. This Breakout board comes with a connector cable that direcly plugs into Raspberry Pi GPIO Pins and the other end is connected to GPIO Breakout Board. The Breakout Board can be further connected on a breadboard and can be expanded.
